Mayweather shouldnt be ranked above Cotto in the WW listing becuase he doesnt fight there aften enough. Im just curious as to why people keep bringing up Margarito! He's a proven cheater, no doubt Mayweather is a first class **** but if he had been caught loading his gloves like Margarito they would have tried to erase every win he ever had and banned him for life!
