Wilder decapitates him within 2 rounds, brezeale style.
Joyce beat a fat, extremely unfit Parker who barely fought back because he gassed in round 2. Being able to get punched in the head a lot isn't a great attribute.
Its a risky fight for both of them. Wilder is the biggest puncher the very hittable Joyce will have ever faced, but Joyce is the most durable opponent Wilder has ever faced and is more than offensively capable enough to **** Wilder up if Wilders power fails him.
Not sure how you can say that when he got a draw with best heavy weight in the world.
Most people thought it was a gift draw though, he lost like 9-10 rounds of that fight. Plus that was vs a Fury who had only come back a few months earlier and looked terrible in his tune up fights against cans.
But yeah, Whyte is **** and Wilder would murder him. That was evident long before Whyte/Fury though.
Wilder's power is overrated. It only works on offensive fighters with bad chins who don't move their heads. Everyone knows Fury's chin is average yet Wilder couldn't knock him down with legal punches...and the full-powered rabbit punches couldn't keep him down. The biggest clue of Wilder's overrated power was his gym fight with 0-1 Junior Welterweight Charlie Zelenoff. Wilder landed flush shots and the only reason Charlie fell was because he was trying to get out of the fight. He was nowhere near being KOd and even was able to easily slip a punch Wilder threw while Charlie was on the ground. Wilder's heart disappears when he lands his best and guys don't fall. Wilder would NOT be able to get Joyce out of there with a few clean shots and would fold soon thereafter. Tyson Fury took his legs and his heart forever. Wilder is a ghost.
Jesus Lord I hope you guys never step into the ring. This logic is frightening. And that's coming from someone who thinks Joyce would beat Wilder.
