You conveniently don't remember but luckily I do.

Dakuwaka, sceneboxer, Jakeboxer and countless other were saying GGG would stop Canelo but yeah I'm sure you don't want to "remember" it now. Lol

I have Dakuwaka blocked. So cool, two people.

Now remind me, did Canelo stop Golovkin?

I never said canelo would stop G not for one minute did I believe that you talking to the wrong person champ.

But canelo did completely dominate him and many here said Ggg would stop him so there you go.

You can’t claim to completely dominate someone when you gas out after eight rounds and get your head snapped back constantly.

Canelo had every single advantage in his favor, age, weight, you name it. And he still couldn’t stop a semi retired fighter who apparently everyone hurt to the body except Canelo.

Dominate? How did he dominate? He didn't do shit! He hardly threw any punches. He never once came close to hurting Golovkin, dropping him, having him in trouble or beating him up.

Also, where was the knockout he had promised before the fight? The truth is Canelo had a shot, washed up mummy/corpse standing in front of him last night who was not throwing any punches but didn't know what to do with him.

So he decided to carry him across the finish line for a cheap ass decision instead. Something which I found both shameful and pathetic.

I predicted Canelo would beat up GGG for 12 rounds. He couldn’t even do that. Damn near allowed GGG back in the fight in the second half.

Whatever Canelo is doing in the gym for stamina, clearly doesn’t work. There’s a saying, if it ain’t broke, don’t try to fix it. Canelo’s stamina is broken and has been for a while. He needs to fix it and he’s running out of time. He isn’t this big, 1 punch KO artist.

Canelo threw 505 punches in the first fight, 622 punches in the rematch, and now all of a sudden vs an older, less active, sitting duck GGG, Canelo decides to throw 400 something punches.

It was a pathetic performance by Canelo, saved only by GGG being even worse than him. But at least GGG threw more punches.

Canelo should stay far away from a Bivol rematch or Zurdo. And his ambitions of fighting Usyk, while legendary, would be pointless.

He needs to turn his attention to easier fights at 168 like Benavidez and Charlo.
              Excellent Post and great analysis!

Ginger was talkin mad sh.it, talkin bout he was gonna ko GGGrandpa, blah blah blah....one of the weakest trilogies ive witnessed. The Colonizer won but by no means was it some domination. 8-4/7-5. Bivol is about to beat the brakes off Saul IF he decides he wants to fight him again

Canelo has had stamina issues as far back as I can remember. The only times he hasn’t seemed to gas out were against the weak champs at 168, and I think he stopped all 4 of them, no?

and stamina doesn’t typically get better as you age. Loading up on every power punch is only exacerbating it though.

hold up there I made a thread about the trilogy being boring only because of how many rounds total they fought and no real drama has happened in 3 full fights. Had the 3rd fight been there only one I would not have called it boring.

people where wanting a definitive end to the trilogy that’s why you heard people booing in the crowd when even I felt it unnecessary. Plus it made it worst when canelo said he wanted the KO himself and was going to look for it from round 1 which I think he did but just couldn’t pull it off
