Both fighters are approaching the retirement stage.....and its better to get this fight made and make it huge in the U.K. and earn lots of money.....fury is considered the best heavyweight at the moment and he will be favourite for sure....joshua has zero to lose on this fight and for one will not be missing this fight.

I think it’s brilliant they have made it

This was a brilliant call on Fury's part.

Why not just fight for the payday before fighting for unification?

      Hope it actually comes off.

The Gypsy Queen has surprised me with his ambitious career path.
I have to give him credit if he follows through with it, win or lose.

The best all heavyweight UK fight. Maybe ever. If AJ wins the Usyk is the man. Fury isn't fighting a non skilled guy like Wider. I think he gets knocked out.

not getting my hopes up, Fury might comeback and change his mind and say "You Just Lost So You Have To Earn It" or something

He just had a mental breakdown after getting dominated 2 fights in a row by a cruiserweight. Is this really a smart move for a fighter in his mental state?
Oh, if I'm on AJ team, he never fights Usyk to begin with lol. Terrible style matchup. As much **** we give promotors and matchmakers, their job is to maximize on their fighters behalf although I'm sure AJ had final say.

Not holding my breath but if it does happen then its a 50/50 fight. I don't see how people are claiming Fury is a guaranteed win. There were moments in the 1st and 3rd Wilder fight were it seemed Fury my not make it out. Then there was that close fight with that random German guy. Then you have AJ looking like **** the 1st Usyk fight and then having some decent moments in the 2nd.

                    Very interested in this fight.

From a promotional standpoint I would have dropped the belt rather than faced Usyk. He had an out given how many times his fight was pretty much chosen for him.

But I would have thought less of him. He always said he wanted Undisputed. Always seemed ready to fight who he needed to. I'm happier that he was true to that, even if Usyk clearly has his number.
