Why do people criticise Anthony Joshua physique and didn’t criticise Klitschko physique ?

Both of them are well built muscular men but Aj is criticised for his size and it is often said that he is too muscular for boxing while they didn’t say that about Klitschko

Perhaps look at the two of them side by side, especially at the same age. Wlad was big, but he was also slender. Not a bodybuilder physique.

Wlad also didn’t use it as an excuse when he lost.

The people who say that tend to be Fury and Wilder fanboys desperate to make AJ look bad.

Just as AJ fanboys will insult those two for the same reason.

Wladimir never really had a rival until Haye, so people just didn't care. Also he had early losses and was winning with just a jab. He didn't really inspire the western fans to care enough. There were suggestions he was roided up though.

        Not the same at all
Take Rexy’s advice and size them up
        You’ll see the difference

          Wlad is naturally big

AJ is a skinny bodybuilder on stilts

I am now waiting for the people to enter who? Criticize Joshua's endurance.

When you really analyse his fights, and compare his work rate and out put to Tyson Fury, Andy Ruiz Junior you name it.

Anthony Joshua is performing at a higher work load. Than both Fury & Ruiz Junior.

Joshua is miles ahead of Ruiz Junior.

And Joshua & Fury are very close in terms of out put 'Joshua is actually out working Fury in all of his biggest fights'.

Joshua does not have elite level endurance, but it is not as bad as people make out. Not in this era of heavyweights anyway.

I thought they looked very similar body-wise. The difference was that Manny Steward found a way for Wlad to slow everything down to a pace where he would not fade badly like Joshua. That and Wlad's jab was a tireless scoring machine.

                Pretty much this.

Wlad was ripped and had that lean/physique boxing look.

AJ looks like he lifts weights heavily, and looks like a skinny body builder.

They both lifted and lift weights, so does Tyson Fury.

It was Dillian Whyte who first called Joshua 'A skinny body builder'.

And Whyte is heavy on the weights. Whyte has actually regressed since he fought Joshua.

Whyte could actually move inside the ring, when he fought Joshua.

Wladimir was criticized for his build, until stamina stopped being such a big issue for him in his fights.
