I disagree again. I think Ruiz will win some rounds then eventually Wilder knocks him out cold.

I don't see Helen being able to do what Fury did....lean down on Wilder.
That is Fury's single most valuable weapon.
Fury is a lot of things but ****** he isn't.
Even as ''smart'' as he is (stay away from the right), Wilder still found him multiple times.
I don't see Helen being craftier than Fury.

That said, Wilder in his right mind should be able to KO Helen and Andy.

He ate a few big bombs from Ortiz tonight as well so it's not out the realm a Wilder right doesn't put him away leaving Wilder with nothing else in his bag.
Joshua and Wilder are basically the same height with similar power.

People forget how quickly Ruiz can close the gap and let his hands fly

I don't think Wilder can box like Joshua did in the 2nd fight.

I think those 3 fights with Fury took a lot out of him. A few years ago I would've laughed at the thought of Wilder vs Ruiz. It's a little different now

Wilder isn’t a great boxer like Ortiz is, but of course wilder has that deadly one punch that could KO anybody

BUT ruiz has amazing chin and recovery so even if wilder lands will it KO ruiz, it didn’t KO fury

He got dropped by shot Arreola and then needed a hometown decision and a bogus 2nd knockdown to beat a shot Ortiz. Wilder will ice him.

Pretty unlikely. The only thing Ruiz really has going for him in that fight is his chin.

Really all Wilder has to do is jab and throw right hands from range and not go nuts when he connects. He may not put Ruiz to sleep and he might have to go the distance but its really an easy fight for Wilder if he fights like he did against Stiverne the first fight. I dont believe for a minute Ruiz is 6'2, he probably isnt even 6'. He has concrete in his shoes and is only dangerous if you trade with him. Jab, move, jab, move, jab and drop a right hand in every now and then and I predict sooner or later one lands flush then Ruiz is in big trouble. The issue will be if Wilder can hold his water if he hurts Ruiz because if he trades with him you will get Joshua 2.0. Ruiz lands on the side and to the back of alot of these taller guys heads and you dont easily recover from that. Wilder is terrible technically but if he keeps things simple he can beat Ruiz convincingly.

Yes, I know he will go nuts as soon as he wobbles Ruiz and it will get dicey then and it will come down to who lands in the exchanges.

No way. If this Ruiz shows up against Wilder, it's going to be a quick night for Wilder.

I’ve always said this would be an amazing fight, would sell a lot too.

Ruiz got 2 knockdowns plus 1 other “knockdown”, lost 7-8 rounds, all against a 43 year old past prime Ortiz.

He fought scared to death once he felt the old man’s power. Barely won. I don’t even think he won tbh. Draw at best.

Wilder critics will say Ruiz just beat Wilder’s best win but Wilder beat a younger Ortiz and stopped him twice. They won’t care about those facts.

Anyway, the build up to this fight should be great. Lots of fans underrating Wilder because he lost to Tyson Fury. But Ruiz is nowhere near as good as Fury.

Once Ruiz feels Wilder’s power, he will be on the run until Wilder catches him and drops him hard for the TKO.
