    3) not to mention the fact that floyd cheated by not coming in at 144 lbs... floyd must've been around 160 lbs on fight night... that's why he didn't want to do HBO's unofficial weigh in. I TOLD YOU MOFOS THAT THERE'S A REASON WHY THERE ARE WEIGHT DIVISIONS.

    4) that fact that this mismatch was ppv is sad... lots of gullible people got gypped.

Yeah, my friends were not impressed at all with the main event matchup.....the Katsidis fight was right on though

Gosh is it really too much to ask?
        Well, yea,

that means he would have to get out of second gear and actually work in the ring.

We can't have top notch talents displaying his skills against the best opponents.

Boxing is about how much money you can make,

thats why they call it "prize fighting",

        duh.

People wasted hard earned money to watch another boring fight of Fraud Jr.

I think this is a lesson learned not to buy Fraud Jr. most expensive sleeper fight of all time.

Floyd should fight Mosley, you know Mosley wants it and the stunt last night is a great fight hyper. Floyd was quiet as hell when Hopkins spoke though, he wanted no parts of that, lol

i agree this was a bad night for boxing. i had been hyping this fight up to my friends but in the end they didnt come see it and i gotta say im glad they didnt. after the first 10 seconds i realized what was going to happen. it pisses me off that floyd is one of the most main stream boxers and yet he does nothing to excite fans. dont get me wrong, i apreicate the skills he has and the things he can do, but he isnt a guy that gets people jumping out of there seat. floyd is why boxing isnt as popular as it could be. normal people dont want to see 12 rounds of that crap. i gotta say the only thing that made last night good was katsidis.

I wouldn't necessarily say it was a bad night for boxing. It was what most expected the fight to turn out being.

In fact, most expected the fight to last no longer than 6 or 8 rounds at most.

And many still paid to watch it knowing the odds against Marquez.

Fortunately for Marquez, he wasn't seriously injured and can live to fight another day.

Now, the post fight interview brouhaha seemed more exciting than the whole event. Of almost WWE-like proportions.

The classic moment was when the camera focused on Arnold The Governator and then caught George Lopez's big head with his game face on, standing up into the camera. I seriously thought he was going to rush the ring.

That shytty fight gave me blueballs. Afterwards I had to rewatch Cotto-Margarito for relief.
