The real story here is not that necessarily that Andrade was “avoided”, nor necessarily that he’s a “ducker”, but that promotional companies associated with major TV networks moved heaven and high water to keep their fighters away from DAZN, a la Devin Haney with his email belt.

Canelo, Golovkin, Munguia, Billy Joe were already at dazn though

Oh, now that’s a fair point.

I suppose the next question to ask is how many of that group ended up in fights with each other during Andrade’s stay with DAZN, and I think the answer to that places the blame solely on DAZN and Eddie Hills’ inability to get fights going.

As per my point about DAZN being avoided, yes, it’s invalidated by what you say.

What is mind-boggling to me about these anti-Andrayd folks is their lack of interest in the Jermall Charlo fight.
I have started multiple threads about it and you won't see them making passionate case favoring the fight. It's very strange.

I mean, here I am not a fan of Andrayd and certainly his style, and most likely root for Charlo in the fight.

Sad part is, like someone said, Jermall got the tools to expose the guy, and don't you want to see that if you are a hater?

What so-called fans lack is consistency. On one hand they view Andrade as this overrated guy who hasn't fought anyone of note, yet on the other they still see him as huge favorite in the Charlo clash, thus their lack of enthusiasm. Because if you really dislike Andrade and you can't stomach what he did in his career, then why not let Charlo do the trashing in the ring and at the same time make millions of dollars doing it?

Fair point. Exactly why I started this thread:

Why the lack of interest in the Jermall Charlo vs Demetrius Andrade fight?
