Kownacki can be countered with his aggressive style & Helenius showed that in both fights. His fights with Martin, Arreola & Demirezen were action packed (Still haven’t seen the Demirezen fight) so I don’t know why posters here complain about guys like Kownacki & Arreola. Too many flavour of the month posters here…When the “0” goes they are relegated to overrated & bum status…
Kownacki is overrated just because he had decent fights with mediocre opposition doesn't mean he isn't a "bum" (not that I agree with the term "bum") two guys who are equally terrible is going to be competitive, doesn't change the fact it's two mediocre guys fighting though...

Helenius for example is as slow as molasses, about as graceful as an elephant performing a balancing act, not got the greatest chin realistically the ONLY thing he's got going for him is he has serious power in both hands.

IF Kownacki was the fighter people were hyping him to be he'd put an absolute beating on Helenius and Demirezen but he didn't hence the aforementioned "bum" status, when you're hyped beyond belief it's a hell of a fall from grace, I recall people saying how he was a serious threat to AJ and Wilder absolutely laughable.

All these fighters You said are calling him out....
But Wilder chooses to fights Robert Helenius instead?
      Lolololol
Lets wait and see those Fox PPV numbers after this Fight
If you can read between the lines, this fight is a confidence building fight for Wilder. His losses to Fury likely planted some seeds of self-doubt in his mind. If he does well against Helenius, it will help him be mentally prepared for Usyk, Joshua or Ruiz in his next fight. If he doesn't do well, he'll most likely retire permanently.

        Bro
Strange but true I totally agree with your posts
I enjoy watching Deontay Wilder's Fights
My orginal Post was really for the Wilder Fanboy "Champion4ever"
Who thinks AJ is a Bum & that more people will buy Wilder's Ppv fights than AJ fights
        Which is hilarious

With this and Joyce - Parker, good that we have names fighting each other. Like to see who Dubois steps up to face next

Fox is pretty good about stacking up their PPV cards with a few interesting fights, looking forward to the undercard.

I think it’s fairly obvious they are angling for a Ruiz-Wilder ppv.

I been following both Demirezen & especially Helenius when he was coming up. He was looking like the real deal early. He stopped 3 former world champions before he had 20 fights. He blew his shoulder out against Chisora then broke his hand a few times requiring surgery. He was in active then had promotional problems. He lost his prime years & was never the same. His wins over Kownacki were pretty good for a guy in his late 30s. Not sure how old you are & if you were around watching HW boxing around 2008-2012… Everyone was talking about him as a legit threat to the Klitschkos then the injuries hit…

Breazeale was a mandatory so no he wasn’t hand picked…

No FOX PPV. If FOX does not get Spence vs. Crawford, and that fight goes on SHO PPV, then I know PBC and FOX are basically finished!

Keef Thurman is the WBC mandatory but he wasn't hand-picked either right over Ortiz and Ennis. Thank you, Al Haymon.

After that little hotel incident with Breazeale's family, Thank you Al Haymon kept it out of court by giving Breazeale a #1 ranking.

                      Thank you, Al Haymon.
