It's actually a win/win for him, not that big of a risk.
Both Eubanks, father and son have left fighters with permanent damage. And they weren't giving up 9 lbs plus whatever the rehydration is. It's risky enough.

Anyone active in his own weight class looking at the fighters they've put him in with. Blatantly ducking Avanesyan but they think he can stop a SMW with a granite chin? Madness

There’s 3 divisions between them ffs. Madness.

Dropped 3 times and jaw broken by a journeyman in a fight he clearly lost but got a gift decision, but you think he can stand up to a man that put a MW in a coma?
There's a reason he's been fighting washed former 140s that can't **** and have no punch resistance

So this fight is made. What happens to the Thurman challenge now?

Can we expect One Time to shift his focus on the Ennis inhouse fight now?

Has Hearn mentioned any names, he thinks he can't beat? He hasn't ducked Avanesyan. He's not been ordered to fight him, and Avanesyan has nothing Benn wants.

What chance would a weight drained Eubank Jr have to win? Slim to none.

Who is Benn though to be requesting terms? Just because of his name? He hasn't done anything and he did duck Ava well his team did at least.

Eubank has size, stamina over 12 rounds and experience.

Eubank by wide easy boring decision.

I hate this fight. Get your money but do it at Welter. If he loses, ready made excuse. If he comes back and loses at 147, ready made excuse.

Id prefer Ortiz, Boots, Benn and Stanionis, to overpay to get guys like David.A, Thurman, Garcia. Porter or Ugas in the ring. MAY the best man win.
