      This is the perfect synopsis.

Shane Mosley was never a big star, even when he was P4P #1 he wasn't a big PPV star and even after his two fights with De La Hoya.

So the fact that did 1.5 for the mere fact they had a mild rivalry going on, if anything shows the opposite of what you're saying.

Added in the extensive story line, two brash characters not just one, two undefeated fighters, etc. It easily does 2 million +

A 40 year old Pacquaio vs a past it, struggling for relevance Broner did 400k, and you think that hypothetical scenario, at best case scenario does 1.5? Bare in mind Mayweather-Ortiz did 1.3 Million

        Somehow I don't think so.

“38 and past his best years” had just destroyed boxing’s boogeyman earlier. Mosley destroyed Margarito literally. How was he past his prime?

I only watch fights that he's a part of with hopes that he'll lose in embarrassing fashion. Figueroa has a chance to win. He's a very active fighter - Bonehead (I mean, Broner), hates active fighters. I have a feeling that dear old dad won't be brushing his son's hair after this bout is over.

Because it puts money in floyds pocket first.

What active boxer can Floyd come back and fight that will generate more money than a broner fight would?

And don't say spence, bud, boots because we all know Floyd ain't coming back to fight nobody at the top at age 45.

Broner is the fight with the most reward and the less risk for a 45 year old mayweather

Just because he had a great win doesn’t mean he’s prime. Obviously he wasn’t in his prime then. Still a top fighter of course, top 5 P4P at the time, but obviously not in his prime. His prime was about 6-7 years prior.

Floyd domainted Canelo at age 36, was he in his prime?

Hopkins dominated Pavlik at 43, was he in his prime?

Duran was 37 when he beat Barkley, was he in his prime?

                The list goes on.

Sorry, there is nothing risky about Broner to a fighter like Floyd... even and older retired Floyd. Broner doesn't throw enough and has no discipline. I think it would actually be a boring fight because you would see Floyd using levels and Broner shaking his head waiting for the perfect punch.

The Saudi and Japanese are putting money in his pockets he doesn't need Broner. Lol That Moneykicks kid alone, who just bought his way into the AJ/Usyk fight, would have netted him BIG.

Floyd said he is fighting a real fight next year. What does Japan and Saudi have to do with that?

He is fighting in Vegas. He needs a opponent that makes sense and cents. Broner fits that bill

You disagree? Thats Cool. But give me names.
