I'd be interested to see how Roy would handle the head butts, grabbing, and low blows from Ward. Would be a good fight.

      Exactly.....

        Ward at both weights
        Tommy Hearns at 175

Calzaghe Ward, & 168 nelo would all be interesting, 175 beterbiev would be very interesting if he lands.

Calzaghe is still a 50-50 fight at 168.

At 175 he gets beat by Spinks, Foster, Conn, Tunney, Moore, Charles, Harold Johnson, and possibly Beterbiev.

              He beats everyone you listed.

There's LHW's who could give him an issue; Ezzard Charles, Archie Moore, Micheal Spinks, Harold Johnson, amongst others definitely hold some stylistic problems for him.

Someone like Bob Foster could catch him and knock him out with one shot that lands on the button, but Roy Jones is totally superior to Bob Foster.

But realistically, in my opinion, Roy Jones beats them all.
I'm not sold he'd do well with Michael Spinks

                Wouldn’t necessarily argue with that.

Spinks was great and definitely had tools to trouble Jones combined with his size.

Canelo had problems with tiny Floyd. And just got dominated by bivol. What you think a 28 year old Roy would do to him

Tarver, Johnson, and calzaghe all beat a post heavyweight Roy that was 36 and over. That's not the real Roy Jones
Goodness me, there is no 147 pound fighter that would ever beat Roy Jones Junior.

I don't think Alvarez will win a round vs Roy Jones Junior. It is a bad match up stylistically for him. Jones was super elite at all the attributes which trouble Alvarez.

Speed = Roy Jones Junior. Movement = Roy Jones Junior. Combination punch ability = Roy Jones Junior. Endurance = Roy Jones Junior. Defense = Roy Jones Junior.

These are all the attributes where Roy Jones Junior is miles better than Alvarez.

When you break a fight down like that? It is just too much of a difficult task for Alvarez.

Can't see Canelo giving Roy problems. Roy would make Canelo look like a total clown.
