So who exactly did Bud beat? Horn, Kahn, Benividez, Errol’s leftovers in Porter and Brooke? His resume is way worse than Errol’s. Besides, who has 3 belts. Spence is the A side and Bud needs to accept that to make the fight happen. Besides, Ugas beats everyone on Buds resume, and yes he beat Porter, but got robbed.

Crawford doesn't really want the fight. He tried to gain sales and views on his previous fights by using Spence's name. He talked a lot of shit until Spence said he wanted Crawford next. Now you don't see Crawford talking like before. He doesn't have a contract to Top Rank with ESPN exclusivity to duck while using Spence's name. Now he has to put up or shut up.

Crawford is a delusional diva and a narcissist. He won't do interviews, shows, radio, podcasts, etc... with anyone that doesn't over rate and over hype him. Peg legged gun shot victim Jose Bumavidez took rounds off Crawford until his bum leg gave out. Eurobum Mean Machine dropped him. Washed up and weight drained quitter Brook damn near closed his eye within a few rounds before he quit. Ready to retire Porter was winning rounds off Crawford and Kenny Porter stopped the fight to probably cash in on a bet he made.

The guy knows he is overrated and over hyped. He re-signed with Top Rank and ESPN exclusivity to duck the top welterweights for a reason. He knew the top guys were at PBC and Top Rank was a hinderence to fighting them. He now has nowhere to run and cherry pick so he wants a big payday to take a loss to the top welterweight.

I agree. It has to be either Team Crawford holding up this fight or Showtime's apprehension of losing money on the fight by overpricing Crawford's market value.

Crawford always wanted to fight only one welterweight since moving up to 147 after winning his lone WBO welterweight title and his name was Errol Spence and it was solely because of the money.

He never tried to unify the division. He never wanted any parts of Thurman, Porter or Danny Garcia until it was mandatory.

Your comment is just way out of line and I’m not sure what your motivation is with that but sounds like you have missed Spence’s entire career. The original poster is right, Crawford is in the weaker position, he doesn’t sell well and he has been losing his promoter money. Without Spence and pbc, where exactly does he go from here?

Your comment is so spot on. Even Eddie Hearn doesn't want Crawford over at the DAZN. He said he is better suited over at the PBC since they hold all the cards and belts at the welterweight division. Team Crawford has no leverage at the bargaining table because they have nowhere to go. They either take what Team Spence and Showtime is offering them or his career will be over.
