Floyd looking for ways to make this fight NOT happen! I understand if the fight was at 140, it wouldn't be a title fight, but Tank doesn't have a "real" title at 135! Then once Ryan says 135, Floyd will say, "DAZN can't be part of it, etc." I know Tank wants the fight, but this is the continuing saga between Arum, Floyd, and Oscar! It's not Haymon, not DAZN, not ESPN, it's these 3 dinosaurs, still at war for things that happened in the 20th Century!

Garcia said in post fight, I won’t go back to 135 “for just anybody”, but he continually calls out Tank for years now. Maybe he’s been willing all along and his team knew that Mayweather would need the appearance of concessions to even consider it. Next I bet Garcia agrees to 135 and bats the ball back into their court.

Why do you make up parts on your own, isn't it just as easy to say ok 135 no problems we both only had one fight and 140 and Tank went straight back down, its obvious Ryan wants as much size on him as he can get, it favors Ryan greatly at 140 but at 135 does it favor Tank, gotta look at it from both sides.

Garcia has now received the instructions, on how to fight Davis.

It will be interesting to see if he follows through with his intentions.

It is ether Lopez Junior at 140 pounds or Tank Davis at 135 pounds.

These are the big fights he has been calling for etc.

I don't think Lopez Junior would bother with Garcia at this stage of his career, maybe only after he has beaten Davis 'If he beats Davis'.

Others have chimed in that Garcia has fought at 135 his whole career.

Some facts:
Garcia is a young fighter.
Fighters naturally increase in weight as they age.His two most recent fights have been at 140lbs and he has not fought at 135lbs since January 2021, when he was 22.
I think it's fair to say, therefore, that he has legitimately move up to 140lbs.
I also think it's fair to say that Tank cotinues to operate at 135lbs and it is unrealistic to expect him to move up, even though he has operated at 140lbs once before.

One of them will have to concede something if they want they fight.

Weight drained? Ryan is a lightweight Fortuna asked for 140 because of short notice which benefit Ryan too. So since he calling tank out he should come to Tank. Not to mention Tank is the A-side. Ryan don't call no shots.

Fight should be at 135 absolutely and it should be no issue either it's not like he can't make the weight

If he really wants it as bad as he says and Floyd's telling him it can be made with Oscar then he should agree to the weight with no re hydration bs tho

I'm not disagreeing with what he's saying. It's just that interview after interview, talking about Davis, or any of his fights, or potential fights, he consistently manages to reference his own career, like he's paranoid people are gonna forget him lol. It's gets a bit tiring. It's Davis, time. He should use every second to promote that.

Was fan of floyd when fighting but it's true he does do that but I guess he just misses the limelight must be hard for any sportsman to walk out to millions watching him to basically not being an attraction anymore
