Those are my prayers! It's just old at this point. I'm surprised the frickin Earth wasn't destroyed over the Roe v. Wade ruling a couple of weeks ago. That said, the judicial system needs to explore these false allegations and put an end to this crap!

Everybody deserves a fair trial, barring they didn't do something heinous and obvious for the public to see (like mass shooters and such).

"This public figure (insert name) took advantage of me in a sexual manner and I'm suing him for $12.5M! If we settle outside of court, then that's okay with me (as long as I get my money)"

There is always a possibility unless there is clear evidence that makes the lying undeniably such as being in a completely different state or country and other situations.

I don't think he did it but neither one of us was there. Also didn't Kobe settle that case out of court and paid a multimillion dollar settlement?
