He was guilty, but they were ****** enough to make an immunity deal with him where he could tell the truth in a civil trail, and agreed not to use that testimony in criminal proceedings. They proceeded to use that in the criminal trial.

Surprisingly, finding a clever way to get someone to incriminate themselves is a clear 5th ********* violation, and he was justly released.

I don't think he did it but neither one of us was there. Also didn't Kobe settle that case out of court and paid a multimillion dollar settlement?

Possibility comes into play if the allegations are recent and aren’t motivated by money. The allegations against Foreman go back over 40 years. 40 years is a lifetime!

Also, neither of us was there when OJ “killed” his wife but we know better, don’t we?

As for Kobe, the accuser had a medical examination that eventually became problematic for her because DNA evidence suggested she had sex with someone else in the 15 hours after the alleged **** and before the exam.

The $2.5 million payment was less than the $6 million (up to $10 million) it would have costed Kobe it went to trial.
Sometimes it’s easier to settle to avoid costly litigation and saving your family from the sordid “crime” of adultery Kobe commuted.

Nah there's always a possibility. The time difference from when the assualt happened and when the victim reveals it is irrelevant as many victims are either too embarrassed, scared, or pressured to not reveal they got ****d. There's also the chance they may have repressed the abuse due to mental trauma.

This case is odd for the alleged victims and Foreman is going to take it to court and prove his innocence but until he does we don't know if he did it.
