Ben Shalom trying to make Joseph Parker vs Deontay Wilder

Good fight, highly doubt it happens.

Would be wilders second best opponent after Fury and would realistically answer if it really is only fury who beats Wilder (a impressive win over Parker would rate highly to me)

Parker has a lot of ability and seemed improved in his last fight, if he can improve more he can cause Wilder problems.

Would be an interesting fight. Parker looks improved but I still think it would be an incredibly awkward fight for large stretches. Parker often falls in after his punches and ends up in a clinch and Wilder is Wilder.

Something tells me it would be sloppy for about 5-6 rounds and then Wilder would connect a bomb on Joe's melon. If Joe gets up, he fights the remainder of the rounds timid.

Parker is Furys shadow these days so I could see Fury advising Parker not to take the fight .

Advantage definitely is to Parker having Fury at his side in training against a very rusty Wilder so odds are Wilder would know this and decline this one anyway . It would be basically tag teaming Wilder and I see a third straight loss in a row fir Wilder here there’s just to much knowledge with Fury on Wilder he’d give to Parker .

Wilder isn't fighting anyone who isn't signed to PBC.

Good fight with virtually no chance of happening. Parker just doesnt make much sense for Wilder at this point.

Lol, Shalom will have to give Wilder a huge piece of pie to take this fight.

Parker doesn't have a high enough activity level to bother Wilder. He's a decent fighter but ultimately a slow clubber. Fury beats Wilder because he's fluid. Parker leaves plenty of opportunity to set and land. He looks good in a slugfest with the likes of Whyte and Chisora. He doesn't outslug Wilder.

Johann Duhaupas did pretty well slugging it out with Wilder and Parker is several levels above him. I think Parker has a good chance to land hard and often on Wilder, who has a suspect chin.

As someone mentioned, I heavily doubt Wilder will fight anywhere outside of a PBC card. The Joyce move is just to save face imo, Warren is pretty stubborn, so unless the WBO order it as a final eliminator (which they should) we won't see it.

Whyte II and Lucas Browne seem like the most likely potential fights for Parker. Not sure what all this Jermaine Franklin business is - I see he beat Forrest on points - is he reputable in America? In the UK I doubt anybody has heard of him. They can market him though I'm sure; undefeated, beat Forrest (especially cause we've got Michael Hunter fighting on Sky soon and he didn't do too well against Forrest)
