Backne can happen for lots of reasons

Being naturally hairy and having ingrown hairs

High protein diet

High sugar or energy drink consumption

Weight draining

Being dehydrated

I am 36 years old and still get pimples if I eat too much sugary or sweet things. I notice it on a Monday or Tuesday if I have had a good time on the weekend if I am celebrating a birthday or just eating rubbish. I also get itchy skin sometimes too.

Different genetics react different to different diets.

It's not always PEDs and if a fighter is testing clean then you have to assume they are innocent until proven wrong.

His body isn't that hairy despite the big beard.

No question Beterbiev is a dirty fighter with his high and back of the head shots. He also pushed Callum Johnson through the ropes. As his opponent, you need to be aware of that and get dirty also. Then you have that heavy back acne that’s PED suspect. Just saying

I have looked at many of his fights and it's interesting that in some of his less dangerous opponents his back is relatively clear. On youtube at 37:08 at the end of Gvozdyk bout, he has a moderate amount at the back of the shoulders,,,Just putting it out there, don't kill the messenger

With 1:21 left in the second round Beterbiev clubs Smith behind the head and Harvey Dock says "STOP" six times then warns Beterbiev "don't hit him behind the head, don't do that." Happy?

Good post...you can see it pretty clear in the slow motion replays. The shots are landing on the side of the head and are legal.
