Smith by KO is a good bet

A friend asked me if he should put something on Smith and I didn't recommend it but said who knows, Smith is a durable guy with a lot of power.

I'm glad I told him not to bother though, that fight was quicker and more one-sided than I expected.

I could have used your counsel and dose of reality too. I placed a small wager on Smith by KO. Got 7-1 odds so I figured it was worth the risk just to have some extra interest in the fight.

On a side note, only time I saw Beterbiev live was the Gvozdyk fight. The two things that I will never forget we're the sound of Beterbiev's punches landing and the width of his back. It's hard to appreciate either watching on television. It sounded like the Chechen was hitting Gvozdyk with a wooden bat every time he landed. What The Nail persevered through in that war made me respect him all the more, even in defeat.

Yeah, it was hard to give advice on it because of the odds - it's worth throwing a small wager because of Smith's strength and power but I didn't see him winning so didn't want to tell someone to put money on it if I thought they'd end up losing. Didn't think it'd be that quick and one-sided though.

Not had the pleasure of seeing Beterbiev live but out of all his fights, I wish I was at the Gvozdyk fight.

TBH I didn't expect an early TKO ... Just that Nice-Guy-Joe would catch a couple in the first 2 rounds that would make him think and that it would go downwards from there... It went downwards pretty fast ...
