I see an overwhelming vote favoring Toney but I think it's pretty close.

you're talking about toney against great fighters. canelo isnt. toney at his best would beat canelo with one arm tied behind his back.

Case in point on the delusion.

But in fairness, your delusion is more down to Canelo, not Toney. I would highly doubt you have even watched a James Toney fight in full.

But for no more than entertainment value, do tell, who did James Toney ever beat with one arm figuratively behind his back on Canelo's level for you to have this warped opinion? Or any top ranked fighter for that matter.

I'm honestly not sure how James Toney is getting so many votes when he's been knocked down several times. Canelo has never been knocked down.

Reggie Johnson knocked him down too.

You can't say that about Canelo, so I think the votes are being miscast.

Toney could be defensive and aggressive at the same time. He didn't just stop one to do the other he could do both and both off the other.

Canelo stops and goes into defense mode.

James Toney is probably the most talented and skilled boxer I’ve ever watched. Even an uncommitted weight drained Toney stuffed on baked goods decisions Canelo. A motivated one looks like Toney/Barkley

Here comes Toney's most deluded of followers

Every single fantasy H2H thread you're in there saying "It looks like Toney/Barkley"

                  AJ - Toney Barkley
                  Wilder - Toney Barkley
                  Sugar Ray Robinson - Toney-Barkley

Has it ever occurred to you mate that Iran Barkley in his prime was a dead average fighter, let alone the past it version Toney fought?

Only in your deluded mind does Toney dominate these top level guys. He NEVER did it once in his actual career.
