Why would DAZN renew a contract that’s already in place . They have an existing contract for 5 years since last year .

Boxing and combat sports also form the bulk of content for DAZN’s international service. Last year DAZN reached a five-year deal with Matchroom Boxing, believed to be in the ‘nine figures’, for international rights to all the promoter’s events. This built on an existing five-year deal in the US worth US$1 billion. DAZN’s international service is also the global home of the Uefa Women’s Champions League soccer competition.

Thanks I do it so well don't I. Just correcting you because you're wrong. Golden Boy's contract has been renewed with DAZN not Matchroom. Thanks for walking away. Smart move. There's levels to this knowledge. And sometimes it's good to correct you when you're wrong. You should be thanking me for preventing you from making incorrect point. Likewise.

Oscar and GBP would have produced a better return in the US for DAZN had they been given the budget that Eddie Hearn was.

PBC also wasted all the money that Waddell and Reed bilked from investors so they aren't much better. And Ellerbe has no stars in his promotional company besides Tank Davis.

You're not shouting and desperate for attention. Well done.

When you say levels, why would Matchrooms contract be renewed when they have years left on it?!

Golden Boys expired. That's how contracts work.

In fact, they just got a new one from DAZN last year to promote UK shows.

You're whole shouting rant is based on.... Nothing.

Had dayzin been as successful as it was supposed to be? Did it produce an “American takeover?” Young Edward sold a billion dollar grift based on the promise that he would steal pbc fighters from Haymon….did he succeed? Or did the biggest pbc stars reject his outlandish strategy to insult fighters not joining him? How many matchroom fighters have fought on pbc cards since dayzin came to the USA vs how many Haymon represented fighters have fought on dayzin?
what do we think would have happened if dayzin had attempted to work with top rank or pbc? Or for that matter how well could it have done if it made golden boy the flagship of the operation and given that outfit the billion dollar budget? Do we have any doubts that through GBP, dayzin would have had every Mexican and Mexican American fighter on that app? How well would it have done if they had made a deal with a network to air contender level fights and kept the premier fights on the app? Did dayzin “kill ppv?”
As Arsenio Hall said, “inquiring minds want to know…..”

I'd say your right, many promotions end up giving out tickets.

                      I agree.

As far as Ellerbe and Hearn's beef is concerned, Ellerbe maybe should solicit the services of Katie Taylor for a few fights in the States. They can afford her price for 3 fights: Jessica McCaskill rematch, if Jessica can make 135. Number two: Rematch with Serrano or Seniesa Estrada at 130. Go from there. Hearn would be fuming! Maybe Floyd himself (not Ellerbe) should make this move. This media dispute is for weaklings.

Maybe Davis himself should sign Katie Taylor to GTD promotions. I think he'll have Floyd and Haymon's support.

That's how you get back at Hearn.
