Because he's a PPV star at this point and it's because Mayweather Promotions that he sells out arena in multiple metropolitan cities. This is no difference from Roy Jones leaving Top Rank, No different from Floyd leaving Top Rank, no different from Terrence Crawford leaving Top Rank.

You get to a point where you don't necessarily need a promoter because your fights are pretty much promoting themselves. DAZN is multi national sports app . PBC puts on limited events are basically to the U.S they are extremely limited .

The two are not even close DAZN can win literally every purse bid easy if they really wanted on fights they would lose money on but the goal is to make profit . PBC is solely a boxing platform, DAZN is a sports app and gets most its revenue from other sports mainly Japan is it’s biggest contributor .
