Hearn acts like Haney might get robbed going overseas because he doesn't have Hearn backing him. But Jacobs had Hearn backing him and he got robbed going overseas not long ago vs Ryder. Ryder himself was signed to Hearn when he got robbed vs Smith. If anything, corruption is more likely to happen if Hearn's fingerprints are on a fight.

Many posters here are girly girls. They speak through their emotions. They treat Haney like he's a baby alone in his crib. Like Dibella said, he's represented by capable lawyers. They all do. You can't screw lawyers. They screw you.

With due respect, Lou has always wanted to work with all. But he also has his own mind, and doesn't pussy around like Hearn.

In the Haymon situation, I don't blame him at all. As I said, Lou really isn't a yesman. He has always been willing to be a secondary promoter when dealing with the big ones. That doesn't mean he'll take whatever you throw him. One of my favorite people in boxing.

To be fair, Eddie does talk a lot. I don't know if Lou is well liked, just that his business relationship with Bernard Hopkins didn't go well.
