The exclamation mark (!) when spelling "sh!†" in this article kills me. haha. What? Boxingscene can't swear in its own article without fear of automatic censorship? WTF is that about?

this is what Eddie does and within the next 24/48 hours he will be on IFL or Boxing Social crying and playing Victim "Lou Is Attacking Me!"

The Irony of Lou taking Haney away from Eddie is kinda funny to me actually lol

The fact that first, Arum, then Ellerbe, now Di Bella, line up to moan about Hearn expressing an opinion only tells me they don't like competition or criticism. But fighters see the difference and the contrast effect isn't kind to these old school boys.

Golden Boy, DiBella Entertainment, Top Rank, Mayweather Promotions, PBC all say the same thing about Hearn. That's the first thing. He has pretty much blown through the Millions of DAZN Dollars $$$ Not his money. DAZN HAS RENEWED THE GOLDEN BOY CONTRACT BUT HAS NOT RENEWED THE MATCHROOM / EDDIE HEARN CONTRACT. These are known facts. So while some want to defend Eddie, the fact of matter still remains that he has screwed over millions and millions of dollars that DO NOT belong to him. FACTS SIMPLE AS THAT. no matter what we as the readers may think.

I applaud Haney's ambition in going after Kambosos, but I think anyone looking at it without bias will probably see he has agreed to a terrible deal and that suggests the promoters haven't been looking out for his interests particularly.

Ideally there is a balance struck between a fighter taking too few risks (which we see too often) and a fighter being taking advantage of.

I think Haney ceding home advantage to Kambosos in order to take a risk on becoming undisputed is fair enough. Once again, I applaud the ambition. But, the rematch terms, in which Kambosos gets home advantage for a second time if he loses to Haney, stink to high heaven.

Bob Arum roasted him hard in regards to Haney and Andrade.

Top Rank has done more promotion for Haney in 2 weeks than Matchroom has in 3 entire years.

              -Countless commercials on ESPN
-Face to Face and Real Time episodes on TR’s Youtube
-A Haney segment live on ESPN during a card

All while Arum is in the background, where as all Hearn does is just talk a big game at pressers. This isn’t 1920 Eddie….we need actual quality content and shoulder programming, not some guy yapping about the fight.

Eddie wants to be Dana White so bad, but without the actual machine and content creation that the UFC brings. It doesn’t work that way.

Matchroom continues to minimize fighter content. Even Boxxer has surpassed them because Sky Sports knows how to promote and release quality content.

Hearn is definatley a narcissist albeit the self absorbed look at me type which is actually less problematic than the covert type.

Frank Warren and Don King are psychopaths

Lou Dibella is just a loser.

That being said I have to laugh at coke shovellers like Lou Dibella and Stephen Espinoza who get so angry and go on expletive ridden tirades against him.

If you know anything about how narcissistic people operate hearn will just be loving the attention.

Dibella and Espinoza are middle aged men, they should have a better understanding of human behaviour than they do currently because yeah Hearn is a ****, but their reactions to him are like you'd expect from a 12 year old.

It's the same deal the klitschko brothers gave every opponent from 2005-2015

Its just how boxing works now, due to the fact losses are seen as virtually career ending by fans, the boxers in an on top position demand a lot to take risks. This is the culture of boxing in 2020.

Also the only reason people have an issue is because its the American having to agree to the terms, if Haney was undisputed and Kambosos got a 2 fight contract in Vegas nobody would say a word.

Yeah, the bit about boxing in Vegas is fair comment, but the home advantage for a rematch is not quite standard practice I think. If you consider Joshua and Hearn, who take a lot of criticism for their rematch clauses, in both instances in which they have had to invoke the rematch clause, they have not had home advantage for the second fight, instead fighting on neutral territory. I suppose the clause may not be air tight in terms of venue -- if Haney wins all the belts and makes a stink about being made to travel, maybe there'd be a compromise in the same way there was when Hearn tried to force a UK fight for Andy Ruiz when he held the belts.

Not a huge Haney fan but I agree with DiBella.

I mean I like Haney ok but no more than the next guy really.

                      Hearn is just annoying.
