with only a few seconds left in the round it probably was a quick stop but it would not have changed much, other than the round it ended, 7 instead of 6.
What kind of stoppage was that?

It was actually a good stoppage that. Maybe if it was the 12th round with Romero winning, and there was 30 seconds left on the clock? Then a referee should of let that fight continue.
But it was early in the fight, and Romero was hurt real bad.
Romero in his post fight press conference seemed defiant 'Which for me is a good sign'.
If Romero was allowed to fight on after the knock down, it is highly likely he would of been blasted out. The loss would of been traumatizing for him, he would not be talking much post fight.
Rolly Romeo in his mind, got up from the knock down and was game to fight on.
He is most likely a little shaken by the knock down, but in time he will process all of that.
I want the rematch to happen, somewhere down the line etc.

You actually think that ref should have let Rollie continue after watching him wobble all over like that? Does your bias toward Latino fighters run so deep that you would rather see one of them get seriously hurt rather than admit that he was done? Just because you would have to give a black fighter credit for the win? Is your thinking really that jaded?
The fight should have went on but I know tank would have eventually won I'm just calling it how it is, you know if it was tank who was dropped in similar fashion they would 100% let him go on PLEASE don't tell me that wouldn't be the case? I know You know!
My other issue is how the ref was calling rolly out on his elbow yet it was tank who was running in to hold yet those same officials let Floyd pull that elbow **** for over 20 yrs. That's the kinda crap I don't like. Privileged 100% and you know it.Comment

"Wobbling all over" cmon man he wasn't all over yea his legs were shaky and he was hurt no one is denying that. But he gathered himself did what the ref asked and stood up without wobbling after. You're acting like he was Zab Judah against tzyu or is your bias for black fighters that bad that you seen him wobble around like Judah?

You answered my question. Yes, your bias toward Latino fighters does run so deep that you’d rather see one of them get seriously hurt rather than admit they were conquered by a black fighter. You need to do some soul searching. That’s really phucked up.Comment

Yes. Any fighter no matter the race or standing, gets stopped when they are as concussed as Rollie was. Many get stopped when they’re not as concussed as he was.Comment
