Chev Clarke-Jamieson as a British title eliminator on the June 10th Matchroom card (not sure they've got a headliner yet, reports suggest London). Wonder what's happening for the English? Parpa-Webster didn't get sanctioned we were saying, any ideas? Is Clarke-Jamieson a better fight than the Spelman one?

Cutler-Stannard maybe on the CBS card, but not sure about that one. English title at 154.

Decent step up for Clarke, thought Jamieson gave a decent account of himself against Lawal.

Not sure why they wouldn’t sanction it, seemed a reasonable fight for English title level. Maybe one of the Area champions get nominated for the shot instead.

Cutler is a local lad I think, he’ll probably shift a few hundred tickets. Not seen much of either tbh.

        Yea it’s a good fight.

Yh I think Cutler’s been on the Sky cards before if I’m not mistaken. Can’t say I’ve watched him though unless I’m forgetting.

He was on the last CBS Bournemouth card I think, he fought Joel Julio who was a decent contender at 154 like 15 years ago. I didn’t see the fight though tbh.

Think a lot of us saw this coming, Catterall will fight Daragh Foley on the May 27th Lara-Wood 2 card.

Acceptable opponent to shake off the rust

Yeah just glad to see him active again. All that momentum he had after the Taylor fight has completely dissipated.

Riakporhe’s deal with Boxxer has reportedly expired.

I think he should probably stick with them though, can’t see what options Frank or Matchroom would have for him unless he moves to HW.

Azim fighting a 22-1 Ukrainian at York Hall I think. Beat Schwarzkopf in Germany which is a decent win I suppose. 11th ranked in the EBU which appears to be the idea here, should Azim get through him then he'll be ranked there you'd think? Are they just going to completely bypass domestic scene? I'd have liked to have seen him fight Ballingall for the English.

A tougher opponent than I expected tbh. One thing I have noticed though is, he can’t punch based off his record.

Yeah I’d imagine so, I’d prefer them to go the traditional route with Azim too.

I’d put him in with Allington, I think Azim deals with him far easier than Smith did so you can start building that rivalry from that common opponent.
