If virgils saying that then that shows he ain't confident he beats any of them. You saw buddy mcgirt talk about janibek and it was totally different he said that there's not a middleweight in the world that can beat him right now. He has full confidence in his charge

Hunter has one of the best minds in boxing. If he says Buatsi isn’t ready, Buatsi had better listen.

To my eyes, Buatsi credibly passed his first serious test. Now we will see if he goes on to surmount the next level. No disrespect intended to Spider Richards, who I think might have beaten Buatsi with a higher work rate, but it’s more than a stepping stool’s climb up from him to the elites.

            You’re a clown mate

Don’t say you’re going to do something if you’re not going to do it. Defeat the point of saying it.

Olympic fighting versus professional fighting. There is an adjustment. Bottom line. Virgil understands this.

Or like how before Canelo was signed to fight Bivol, you said Bivol beats Canelo easily, then when the fight was signed all of a sudden its a cherry pick.

To the point you said if Bivol beats Canelo, you'll leave the forum. But yet you're still here

You are one of the biggest clowns that have ever been on this forum, and trust me, that takes some real doing.

Small steps but I think Hunter's training showed up for the first time in the Richards fight - the inside work from Buatsi looked new and/or improved to me, stepping around, hooking the arms, keeping a hand free; there was a method to it.

I agree with most on the overall performance being a little rough, but I did like that kind of work. He was tired foor a large portion of the fight, Richards was better from distance; he had to get inside and do something extra and did it pretty well; He grinded it out.

I don't think he'll be wanting to go inside against other LHWs don't get me wrong, but here it worked I thought. Sometimes I question Hunter work with known fighters over the years but the minute I saw Buatsi doing that, I attributed it to this trainer.

Hunter has very little confidence in Buatsi. He thinks Beterbiev would give him brain damage, not ready for Bivol, and also not ready for Canelo, a former Jr MW.

Hunter is like Bizarro Abel Sanchez.

Abel on GGG: Anyone from 154 to 168! We are ready.

Hunter on Buatsi: Nobody, ever. Not even anyone from 154. My guy will never be ready.
