Nelo was underdog, its not a cherry pick. Cherry picks are when you pick weak underdogs. Picking underdogs is ok, but try pick the stronger underdog. Bivol would be a stronger underdog than a charlo, or andrade. Even beterbiev isnt a stronger opponent than Bivol. Althought beterbiev might be favourite against Nelo.

I don’t think people know what a cherry pick is. First, you have to win easy. If you loose but then rematch and win. It’s still a cherry pick.
