They're in-house fights (actually, who's Richard with?) and/or winnable; keeping Bivol's powder dry for if he needs to rematch Canelo again.

Can't imagine Hearn wants to lose out on the cash of a rematch if he sends Bivol off to lose against Berbetiev first; a guy that Hearn has no association with.

But now to take the promoter's hat off and put the fan hat back on: make all the fights, Bivol vs Canelo, Canelo vs GGG, MR T. vs a polar bear, I don't know.... Floyd Mayweather vs. climate change

Will Triple G win the triology ? Well first off, Triple G is 40 now, and has never fought at 168. Never. He's a natural 160lber. As Marvin Hagler was. Hagler, like GGG, fought at 160 his whole professional career. Nobody was after Hagler to move up or down . He told everyone to screw off . He defiantly told everyone " I'm a middleweight ". End of story. But apparently if your not from the USA, this isn't acceptable. If you don't move up your not a true champ searching or "daring to be great" as all these clowns say. It's more like " daring to be ****** " in my mind. If your 5'9" and 160, then thats what u are. Anyhow, a 40 yr old 160lber against a guy the world says is at his best at 168, well , who do you think is going to win? I'll tell you this, I hope they do fight and they get some proper judges. Yes, Canelo should win against a 40 yr old 160lber but should he lose , it might be one of the most satisfying upsets I'll ever witness. And I've been watching boxing since 1967.
          Great post!

You Clenelo nut huggers were saying 3 weeks ago:

We kill Bivol, then we dismantle Beterbiev and then we chase greatness and destroy Usyk.

This is actually true. Watch them both back with the sound off. I originally thought GGG won the first fight clean by around 4 pts and that opinion is sustained when i watch it back. I thought Canelo edged him clean in the second fight when I watched it live, but when I watched it back recently I gave it to GGG close - the absolute best I could give Canelo was a draw, so I completely understand those who say GGG won twice. HBO boxing did a shameful job announcing the rematch. They could not have been more biased in favor of Canelo.

As much as I like GGG, I don't think this fight should happen. We've already seen it twice and no matter what you think we know that politics are heavily involved with Canelo, the guys a very dodgy person PED's, fight fixing and paid off judges. I've never seen a more clean cut case of it, not even Manny/Floyd had this much favouritism to get away the crap he does.

Trying to protect him from two losses in a row by putting him in with someone he’s already beaten several years ago whos now over 40. Hearn is every bit as bad as DLH. Problem with young Edward is that he himself believes he is irrelevant on the world stage without Canelo winning
Be honest. Wouldn't you be the first guy on here saying "young Edward" was the dumbest promoter ever if he steered Canelo into 2nd consecutive loss against a former unknown fighter? Hearn is doing and saying exactly what he's supposed to as smart promoter and your criticizing him as though he's some sandbagging joker from Mayweather Promotions.
