Bivol deserves a decent 40% for the rematch

Of course he deserves to get a hell of a whole lot more but pls be serious when you blut out Canelo taking challenger's share of the purse.
In this life it's not all about money, that only leads to corruption, arrogance, theft's, and cheating.
The fact of the matter is that back in the day the champion always received the lion's share of the purse.
It's disrespectful to pay the defending champion less than the challenger who's trying to win the title.
If you were in Bivol's shoe's you wouldn't see it the way you do now, but your not and thats why you see it that way.
It's Bivol's decision to make not ours, we just have our own opinion's, but to revert to calling other people fool's because they don't agree with you.
Say's more about you than your opinion does, learn to respect other people's opinion's before you run into someone in real life that teaches you some respect first hand.
Canelo just got some of that arrogance knocked out of him, and if he fights Bivol again chances are that he'll get even more of that arrogance knocked out of him.

If you want a good guy to lose clearly to a cash cow, make sure you pay him well.

Just look at Canelo -Kovalev, for career pay day Kovalev agreed to take the fight on short notice, he was not even motivated to win.

If you lowball the guy, like Mayweather did to Maidana or Canelo team to Bivol, the guy will be pissed, he will try to actually win.

They should have paid 20 million dollars to Bivol for the first fight to make sure he would try just enough to clearly lose.

So then the same principles should be applied to him.

If he wants to fight Bivol again then at least let him fight another contender or titleholder to prove himself worthy at this weight division. So Bivol could decide whether or not to fight the winner. He shouldn't be allowed to cut the line because of who he is.

Besides, since when is the challenger is entitled to an immediate rematch after coming off a loss to the champion?
So in terms of principles, Bivol should skip helping his familly and friends is a good principle... thats my point. The principle you refer to is good and correct, but more variables at stake. I don't know anything about Bivol's personal life, but i'd say a big % of boxers work getting hit in the face because it's a way to make it and help family or escape poverty.

As for your last point, this is boxing..sad statement, but its been the reality since before any of us ever watched a fight. C.R.E.A.M!

Bivol vs Beterbieve is the fight i've been waiting for since forever now, but C.R.E.A.M...so we wait again

Edit: sadly a big % of those he loves and wants to help will show there true colors..life! Spent 14 years helpin, now i focus on retiring the right way.. Iife always the human variable messing up the righteous and horable patth we try to walk. $ can give you control of who tries to walk with you.

Look, I didn’t make up the rules but Canelo did. What you are doing sir is making more excuses for Canelo.

Don’t you think that Charlo, Andrade and Benavidez want to help their friends and loved ones in order to escape poverty too? These type of excuses and hypocrisy by Canelo’s fans are becoming redundant..

How come Alvarez never told Bivol that he must fight Beterbiev first and he would fight the winner or request a hydration clause?

Do you know why? It’s because in his mind Dmitry would have been a much easier challenger than the names I’ve mentioned above.

He thought he would be just your typical Euro bum. That he’s been beating up for the past four years while avoiding American fighters.

Making excuses lol..I agree with you and i'm saying the sport is so f'd up that what you said despite being correct rarely happens anymore especially with big names. Is that clear enough or do i need to translate to french or something?! Come on man, its not that complicated if you don't get emotional.
