To consider Canelo's fight with Bivol a cherry pick was totally outrageous and absurd.

On a professional level yes. He's 16-2 lmao and quite a bit of hype. His best wins are smaller fighters, fact. Gary Russell is a midge compared to Lomo and Lomo is a smidget himself. Rigo had to jump 2 classes, another midge. When he fights someone his own size in Lopez, he gives up the first half of the fight ---> that is the hallmark of inexperience.
Look at the level of his opposition! The only really experienced fighter that were his own size gave him hell and beat him lmao! A washed up Linares at 44-3, dropped him with a probing right. Experienced Salido with 41 wins, roughs his culo up with no regard.
Get your levels up before tussling with the big dogs.

I'm not your mate you chavette. 16-2, lost to a 42-12 cabby and a 15-0 kid. Best wins are against Keebler Elves LMAO. You won't debate anything because you've been pantsed.
Keep it moving junior and next time think before talking out of the side of your neck.Comment

I both agree with that premise and disagree with it. Bivol is not a cherry pick quality opponent, he's a legit world champ. However he was definitely cherry picked due to perceived lack of power. Canelo has been generally avoiding power punchers since Golovkin. Nobody since him has really had the power to hurt Canelo. Ghost of Kovalev was closest on paper.
That's why people have been clamoring for fights against more dangerous opponents such as Benavidez or Beterbiev.
Against BJS, Plant, Smith, Bivol, there was always a chance that Canelo would get outboxed, but the decks were stacked heavily in his favor. His opponents had almost no chance of knocking him down or out, and winning s decision against him is very difficult. Just look at last night's scores. 7-5 scores? What were these guys watching?Comment

Do you think it's logical to consider the #2 LHW in the world a cherry pick for someone who started their career at 140 lbs and won their first title at 154 lbs?
Who else in the world would Bivol by a cherry pick for?Comment

Its very logical when you compare it to the other options he had. Beterbiev, Benavidez, who are killers, or Bivol who hasnt stopped his last 6 opponents?Comment

Benavidez a killer?
On what Planet? Who's he killed? He barely beat Ronald Gavril.
You're actually trying to say that Benavidez is a riskier fight than Bivol?Comment
