Just me that don't see Canelo winning legitimately?

I like Canelo and thought Smith would do a lot better, I picked Plant by decision. He's proven me wrong a few times but nothing that was surprising to many tbh but with Bivol I just don't see how he beats him at all without some horrendous robbery.

Maybe he proves me wrong again but I actually genuinely do not see this as a close fight.

I honestly think Bivol beats him easy, actually easy. Just completely schools him.

Canelo got to get inside and be able to work the body, I don't think Bivol will hold up under pressure if Canelo can apply it, Bivol will cruise at range but if Canelo can work in his range his hand speed and combination punching can catch Bivol in between shots, the owner of range wins the fight.

I agree! The only thing that worries me is a robbery between the referee and judges. The cards will get filled out in the bathroom hours before the fight. Money was sent to shell corps as soon as the 3rd man and judges were announced.

I agree. Think about the gas tanks(stamina). Nelo is a 2 minute fighter at best He tries to pour it on the 1st half of the round then starts moving with the occasional jab or counter hook, but not often, especially the first 5 rounds. Bivol is a Russian fighter. He’s up against , Nelo, Ref, judges and the crowd. Politics will effect this fight

Nelo has to KHTFO multiple times to get any credit.....and then those same unbiased fight fans will call Biv a bum.
Although, had some 3 lettered legend fought and beaten that same Biv, that 3 lettered legend would be called #1 ATG

Totally disagree. Fixed scorecards are never filled out in the bathroom. That task almost always comes from hotel suites.

I also think Bivol gets the W... Bivol is not considered a slick fighter but still very difficult to hit solidly because of his excellent control of distance and decent 1-2 offense at long range. Don't think Nelo can get inside easily and that will lead to frustration. Once Nelo slowdown then Bivol will fire occasional right hooks and some left uppercut in combo. Bivol attack is not continious but smartly spaced punches. Bivol can do this all night since I think he got more stamina than Nelo. Bivol by close decision (taking into account the judges bias) or by late TKO...

Canelo just has to not get stopped and Bovill hasn't had a stoppage since 2019 and Canelo has already won the gym waiver game outside the ring and whatever clauses which we won't know until weeks after the fight just like Kovalev and Fielding.

Lara landed 113-24 headshots to 82 body shots by canelo which were literally concentrated into 3 rounds (remember people debating this about serrano's work vs the whole fight) after Lara had the cut and gave up a couple of rounds which are shown exactly by compubox (yeah, i know it only counts for fmw jr) as in 7-3-2 rounds but there is a 117-111 determining card for the fight.

I fully expect Bivol to win, which is why I'll be having a few quid on the draw. It is a Canelo fight after all.
