As you progress and age it’s really hard to fix these flaws and the muscle memory and good fighters will expose it badly.
If you are Virgil Ortiz's team you make the fight within the next year. If he fixes the issue going forward he will be hard to beat.

He is obese and out of shape, breathing out of his mouth from round 2. Hardly what I call trying to be great. Fury looks like a bag of crap but he has proven to have the stamina/cardio to pull it off. Whyte on the other hand has been out of shape his entire career and didn't look any better for the biggest fight of his life.

I am amazed how much people over here (England) bought into the hype of Whyte.
He is ok but let's get it right he was life or death against Del Boy a few fights ago.
Few more seconds Parker would have had him out of there,

yeah, his record is almost certainly full of over the hill fighters, but (a) if he's a 'no hoper' then surely over the hill fighters are still a threat to him, no?

          (b) 'old af/ on their way out' fighters are almost all there is in ranked positions at HW!

And (c) was Parker 'old af'?
Parker stinks and was 5 seconds away from getting the TKO on Whyte. Serve Whyte up to Deontay Wilder.

Put him in with the other Fury not named Tyson and let him try waling on him for revenge.

Baby Hughie vs The Bottle Snatcher should make for highly entertaining viewing and a 50/50 fight.

True. He can still get work as a doorman.

Whyte is an entertaining fighter, like him or don't. Plenty of good fights out there for him.

Even though I think he quit against Fury

You are not alone, man. But not many have detected the quit job, preferring instead to focus on that "devastating" uppercut...

Even when Whyte loses he can't shut the **** up. I wish he'd just leave boxing. Everyone is sick of him..

That’s the Spirit! Now stop with the excuses, because they never look good on any fighter. Just shrug it off, take a break and get back in the mix, that’s what you do. All of the great fighters in history had multiple losses, what made them great was how they came back from the loss, they made some changes, fixed their mistakes (in your case work on defending yourself against that uppercut that seems to be your Kryptonite!) and come back and get yourself back in line for a shot! I also think Whyte can win a belt one day, once they fragment again, he is better than most of the guys in the division, certainly still in the top 10.
