I mean, I understand why it's 6/1. Fury is the recognised number 1. But Whyte is no mug, he's a live dog. Definitely worth a flutter if you have cash to spare.

Whyte isn’t particularly fast or athletic

I think he’ll struggle landing anything. He can’t jump in and land shots he needs to be in position

        I don't think that's true at all.

He leaps in for left hooks (body and head) and overhand righta all the time and he has deceptively long levers. Hes also shown on numerous occasions his ability to counter left hook.

Tyson also gets caught by the left hook, overhand right and bodyshot A LOT.

Much lesser fighters have landed on him.

On the flip side, Dillian is very susceptible to the jab and uppercut, but we know how Tyson can win.

How did that work out for you? The reason why Fury was 6-1 was because Whyte is dogshyte. Remember you arguing with me until the cows came how like you know anything about handicapping?? Looks like YDKSAG now doesn't it?

Smart betters avoided Whyte like the plague.

I told you I would be bookmarking this for later.

But can Dillian win? Fury does have a couple of serious weaknesses that are Dillians strengths.

                Namely, the overhand right.

Tyson is always open to it. He just doesn't see it.
This has plagued him since the start of his career and he hasn't ever found a solution.

Let me give you a couple of examples.

                v John McDermott
A fight many (most?) believe Tyson lost. The overhand right (and left hook) were where McDermott had his most success e.g.:

                v Dereck Chisora

                v Neven Pajkić

                v Steve Cunningham

                v Deontay Wilder

He just gets hit and hurt with it very often throughout his career

                So does Dillian throw it?
Of course, just a couple of examples. But he probably throws 10 or so a fight.

                (Followed by left hook)

The other couple of punches that Fury seems to struggle with are left hooks and body shots. And we all know that when Dillian throws these they are devastating.

I'll just post this video up as I'm bored now

ANYWAY, I know lots won't believe there's any hope. Probably right. Fury is a 6/1 favourite after all.

But some food for thought for what is hopefully a great fight! Hopefully adds some interest at least for some of you that think it'll be a walkover!

                Great prediction…

What was expected to happen, happened. Almost on cue.

That was a not so slick push off, though

I always thought Fury would break him down and stop him late but Whyte might have his moments. What happened was he got easily outboxed and knocked out. It was never a tough fight for Fury but Whyte performed even worse than I thought he would, literally had no real game plan other than fighting southpaw for a round and confusing himself. One of Fury's easiest wins.
