The cards are stacked against Haney so he's betting on himself for the long term, taking the short end now to put himself on the map. This is the type of fighter that I respect and support, because otherwise, we get Tank vs Romero, etc. In the current marketplace, there are so many trinket belts and weight divisions through which athlete/promoters can navigate (read: cherry-pick) themselves into "world champion" status without having to fight a true threat.

I normally hate fights in AUS because I feel the judges are crazy biased for their own fighters but in this situation, I wouldn't mind it. If Kambosos simply looks more busy than Haney and not necessary lands all that much but it is that vs Haney with some clean pot shots all night, I would totally be fine with Kambosos taking the W.

There are times where fighters that rely on points just bore the hell out of me. They take advantage of the fact that they can coast by with a W just by performing "exploitations" with the system. A guy that just pot shots another fighter all night while he waits for that final bell to then have his hand raised doesn't sit well. In fact, if I paid money to be in the arena to watch that or a PPV, I would feel like I was just robbed.

Haney is a boring, pitter pat, amateur style fighter...it’s about scoring points to him not being entertaining and exciting...he’s not effing anyone up. He’s going to run 12 rounds and win a boring fighter....just like shakur Stevenson and Demetrius Andrade

Shakur stevenson lacks power but he's not the same with these 2, most of his fights are entertaining, one of the rare guys that actually make hit without getting hit exciting.

Haney is young, he is underestimating home cooking. Jeff Horn got beat up from pillar to post by Pacquiao and still won. If Kambosos even throws 1 more punch per round than Haney, he could get the win on “activity”. Not even land one more. I’m talking just throwing more. Kambosos could get the win.

If Kambosos can get the win fair and square though, that would be fun. By KO would be amazing, a dream come true.

But I think Haney should be able to pull this off on neutral grounds. In Australia though, I don’t know about that. Haney will need a KO I think.
