He was never closer than 3 weight classes above Floyd at any point where both guys were active.

Zab was a pure boxer and was beating Floyd to the punch and outboxes him for 4 straight rounds but like Floyd said in the post fight interview, "i knew Judah is a front runner" 4 rounds is all zab had in the tank and faded after that.
