He beat Derevyanchenko. It was a 6-6 fight but Sergiy hit the deck.

Szeremeta was a mandatory challenger and he was ranked in the top 7 by TBRB, Ring Magazine, ESPN, BoxRec, and 3 of the 4 alphabet soups at the time of the fight. If he hadn't fought Szeremeta when he did, he'd be fighting him now instead of Murata.

The Rolls fight was garbage, though. No question there.

The post prior to the one you quoted I listed Canelo's resume and used it to smack down the Benavidez fans.

Golovkin beat Derevyanchenko fair and square and Szeremeta was a mandatory challenger. Those are facts. Trying to attack GGG is ****** for Canelo fanboys anyway because GGG beat his ass twice and if Canelo beats him in September (which I think he will, GGG looks every bit of 40) it'll probably go down as Canelo's best (legitimate) win.

And I watched the Derevyanchenko fight more than once and I scored it 6 rounds to 6 every single time. But Derevyanchenko got dropped, so he lost. Exactly like Pac vs Thurman; 6-6 fight but Thurman hit the deck so he lost.
