How could Canelo ever deal with this?

That speed, power and and relentless volume combined with size. I can't see how Canelo has anything for Benavidez, and I think its obvious Canelo and his team realise it also. Benavidez is the most vicious fighter since a prime Manny.. Ellis is a tough solid fighter who is a long term Canelo sparring partner and David made him look like a heavy bag. It was uncomfortable to watch actually. If Canelo ever dares step in the ring with him (unlikely) he gets melted late and stopped

honestly I don't see whats so special about David, I see Nelo stopping him, likely a body shot, David has no body movement stands straight up, hes defense isn't that great if plenty of lower tier fighters touch him Nelo will definitely hurt him, most importantly to me is his gameplan during fights there is none, i dont see a boxing plan, just get in there absorb your opponents shots land yours im bigger i will overcome you, he fights similar to his bro but since his much bigger his punching power seems to be very good, its only his size thats making the difference here, idk even know if that chin will hold in higher weights

But I'm still very interested, more than any other match up, it will be a war, due to his size there could be a David win

I should have stopped reading when you said you don't see anything special about a fighter who is arguably the best combination puncher in boxing today who happens to be a huge SM with blazing hand speed and power and throws 1000 punches a fight with power. What a moronic take. How many fighters has Canelo stopped with a body shot in his whole career? And hes just going to stop Benavidez who spent his teen years sparring prime GGG and Pavlik and was never hurt? You really don't know boxing at all.

His style is basic but so was GGG's, he is a seek and destroy fighter, and if they have the tools that is all they need to be devastating.

lol who has David defeated that his blazing speed combos and a 1000 punches with power has been so impressive, has he even taken an 0 from a top contender, if he defeats Nelo, Plant, i guess Charlo if he even tries moving up, or at 175, Ramirez, Bivol, Beterbiev, he has tools to defeat those guys but he has to get in there and prove it, i think your fanboyism is blinding you a bit, but hes definitely a monster at 168, before Nelo lands his KO shots he hurts them to the body, he did Kovalev, BJS and Plant, sparring a teen lol im sure he was impressive for being a teen but lol your even counting sparring stories from when he was a teen

These boogeymen are getting credit for beating guys no one else would get credit for beating

A person could get banned if they made a ''Nelo destroys Whoellis'' thread, if they fought.

When was the last time Canelo destroyed an opponent? Kirkland? Who else? David does it to every opponent even fighters who have never been stopped before. If Canelo cannot hurt David I would love to know how he beats him, by throwing half as many punches a round? You think he will discourage Benavidez from throwing punches? lol..

LOL, this guy was beaten by one of FMW Jr's TMT fighters and dropped. The real question is, how does a 5'8 midget who wouldn't stop cotto, angulo (burned out), chavez jr (even more burned out), go up 175 without an ounce of body fight and walk down 175 men who stiffen the legs of chavez jr which is something Mr. Tainted at the waiver gym couldn't do.
