Nice proactive swerve from Swift. May have to borrow that "separate journeys" rationalization next time I want to avoid doing work.

Garcia is right. Unless, Ennis becomes a title eliminator, mandatory challenger or gets a major title belt, then fighting him at this stage of his career is pointless because he has nothing to prove.
I am sorry but Jarron must carve out his own place in this sport like other fighters and champions have done before him and Danny is not the one who is going to allow him to do that; Well at least not at his expense anyway and I can't blame him for it.
Danny is a gatekeeper who is still trying to find some big money fights for himself. So he cannot afford another L on his record. A fight with 'Boots' is just too risky at the moment and just doesn't have enough money behind it.
Swift would rather fight a Kell Brook, Mikey Garcia or a Keith Thurman instead; Someone with an established name who he can also defeat. Not some young and unproven youngster who is very good but also very unknown and dangerous too.Comment

Never! Danny won't fight Crawford. As a matter of fact, DSG wouldn't so much as go within a hundred feet of Terence Crawford. It's not a winnable fight for him. While Crawford is a big name and a title holder at 147 but yet Garcia knows that he cannot defeat him. 'Swift' is currently in his search of his latest cherry pick victim
