Bivol or Beterbiev? Who gives Canelo the tougher fight and why?

Canelo got 1 loss and it didnt come from a brawler.

Even the fights canelo won controversially like lara and ggg 1 were fights where he was getting outboxed not out brawled.

Skills beat canelo. Not a face first puncher.

Beterbiev is a knockout waiting to happen

Floyd was counter-puncher that night not sissy out-boxer. He dominated Canelo "middle range" and "inside". He even pressured Canelo on the ropes. Floyd was never out-boxer.

GGG was slugger in the first fight. He pressured Canelo and try to beat him by power punches but only his jabs landed. GGG was boxer in the second fight. You can look at his face after the fight.

Lara is the only pure boxer in your list. He was at his prime and extremely athletic. He fought the worst version of Canelo and still lost.

Canelo is better fighter at his front foot. He beat two boxers in a row Saunders and Plant. Bivol will be another sissy boxer. Bet your house Canelo.

Who really knows?

Technical skills goes to Bivol. Power goes to Beterbiev. But both of them do have technical ability (Beterbiev) and good stunning power (Bivol).

Both have fairly good chins on them. Both are top 3 LHW’s in their prime, both are real champions, not paper champs. Both are fights I want to see Canelo take.

Not many other boxers are taking on the best like this. Like Canelo, Usyk, Lomachenko, Joshua. No one else is consistently facing top 10 fighters like those 4. Maybe Inoue too.

If issue is "boxing ability" even Caleb Plant levels above all of them. But, you've some points. I also think Lil G > Vodka > Beterbiev.

Some of us expected Canelo to keep his word after the Khan fight but as always Canelo continues to dissapoint. Factor in the double backstabbing Canelo inflicted on the WBC and Golovkin after Golovkin at the urging of the WBC stepped aside to allow the Cotto/Canelo fight to proceed.
