Who Wins between De La Hoya vs Marquez

De La Hoya from 147 fight against Manny vs Marquez 147 from fight against Floyd.

I know a lot of people say De La Hoya was done, yet he did fight Floyd to a SD(some even say he should've won), and dominated Forbes at 150lbs(De La Hoya was trying to get ready for that rematch against Floyd at 147) so I think he would've been able to beat that Marquez that showed up against Floyd(and maybe even Hulk Marquez).

De La Hoya's left hook would've dropped Marquez and there'd be a minimum of at least one knock down(if not more).

After Marquez's fight with Floyd, Marquez got dropped by a lesser hook in Katsidis. Heck, even Hulk Marquez did the backstroke from a pillow fisted Timmy hook.

Would've been a fun fight, but I think even that De La Hoya beats Marquez.

Marquez has problems with speed and don't think he would have done well against ODLH

JMM would have knocked that Oscar out, the fight before Oscar really struggled with LW Steve Forbes at 150 lbs who he would have blown out if he was near the real Oscar, he was deadman walking that night and there a lots of fighters that would have beat the sht out of him.

So the same fat Marquez who drank piss and ate bird eggs and who got dropped by Floyd barely tapping him with a hook "kills" Oscar.

Guess it's a good thing Oscar and Floyd rematch at 147 never happened.

Delahoya could of beat Marquez with a broken right hand.

Even at the peak of his prime, guys who boxed and counterpunched could give De La Hoya trouble. Like Manny, he really shined against punchers/pressure fighters.

Marquez was still very sharp in the third fight with Pacquiao, whereas Oscar looked like Klitschko against Joshua - the ring IQ was still there, but the reflexes were gone and he was punching in slow motion.

That Marquez would have picked that DLH apart, UD 12.
