I would say Tyson vs Ruddock was better, but for sure since Bowe vs Holyfield. Fury vs Wilder has been the best rivarly.

Not really.
I don't recall there being any hype other than the one Mike brought to all of his fights.

Rivalries are a form of grudge matches or a battle of guys from the same town or bragging rights.
They may not have even known each other prior to the fight.
