theres a double standard for sure. benn is still young, improving and doesnt need to be rushed. someone like tank is way more experienced and hasnt fought anyone with a pulse (cruz wasnt meant to give him any problems so dont praise him taking that fight) yet there doesnt seem to be any rush for him to step his competition up. crawford didnt fight a notable opponent until he was 34 years old lol so as far as im concerned benn can do what he wants

Can't find anything online suggesting this to be the case. Got a link?

I totally agree. I'd like to see it. I think Benn wins. But Avanesyan can get an eliminator and Benn is behind him. So why is he he calling out a fighter that's behind him and stagnating fighting Oskari Metz and Liam Taylor? Since the Kelly win he's been wasting his time. And Kelly was overrated, so that was hardly a big win either.

But then went on to admit, that the show could be promoted by Matchroom and on Dazn, and that he himself would pay Avanesyan. So it's not a bigger payday for Avanesyan than any other fight, as Frank ain't making no money in this. If Hearn pays him, it's a bigger payday. And for Benn, he just gets much the same as normal as he's the draw. Avanesyan may be seen as the more prominent fighter in the division, but Benn is the draw. And Warrens BIG offer, isn't one. So why are they so keen to chase Benn? Avanesyan needs to focus on getting a title shot, and beating Benn doesnt help him do that. So it makes no sense. I think it's about Warren trying to bring down Hearns cash cow, so he can gloat. It's already happened with Kelly and they think it'll happen again. Benn is unimportant to getting a shot, so their vision is skewed, and it could cost them. But hey that's just my opinion. And if they can't get Benn or a title shot for him, then they need to do significantly better than the last two mismatches.
