I don’t expect a lot of problems in Japan for GGG. But if he gets another bout with Canelo, you can be fairly certain he will lose. He’s no longer programmed to force his opponent onto the ropes where he pounds them into submission. And that’s the only way he’d have a ghost of a chance against Canelo.
What doesn't suit Golovkin is that his hands, which were never very fast, have gotten slower. Sanchez, telling Golovkin to stand in there while he was getting killed on the inside by Canelo's faster hands, tells you his knowledge is less than Golovkin's own. The decision to dump Sanchez was an obvious one.

He made his loyalty come into question, your fighter just got robbed and you are busy giving the other guy props..not listening to your pissed off fighter as you should’ve done..not robbed for the first time either..Sanchez af the end of the day was Golovkins employee. While yes Canelo deserved his credit for the first half of the second fight, Sanchez could’ve focused on his fighter and sent his props later.

ggg seems to be the only fighter whos age doesnt matter. the guys near 40 and if he looks poor people blame trainer, say hes been exposed etc. its ridiculous.

Dervy gets no credit, at the time he was a very highly regarded middleweight, capable of giving anyone in the division problems. After the triple G fight his performance has also declined.

His split with GGG happened in 2019. In 2020, Covid happened and a lot of boxing didn’t happen.
It takes time to build a boxer.

How in the world do you ask such a question ignoring basic boxing facts?

It's called getting old Abel Sanchez. GGG is no longer the same fighter he was a decade ago. Father time has crept in and have decided to age him.

Disabled Sanchez would gladly welcome Golovkin back as long as he pays him.
