Plant is more experienced fighter than Bumavidez. He fought Canelo, Uzcategui and Truax. His Canelo experience is greater than Bumavidez's entire hamster-sized career. His Uzcategui win is better than Bumavidez's career win Dirrell. Uzcategui beat Andre Dirrell who is better Dirrell. Stfu and improve your boxing knowledge dumb.

Exposed? He went 11 ROUNDS with the best fighter in all of boxing. You’re the kind of “fan” that after SRR first loss would say “exposed.”
There's no shame in losing to a P4P #1, but when your resume is questioned, and then you get beat up, people usually see how great one can or can't become. I'm sorry Plant was exposed. And I rooted for him because he spoke with such confidence going into his fight with Canelo. I now put him in the fools gold category along with recent losers Chris Colbert and A Mere Con.Comment

Your point is weak:
In the year 2000, then P4P Champion Roy Jones Jr took Richard Hall into the 11th round before he stopped him. Who is Richard Hall you ask. Exactly. He's no one.
Richard Hall entered his fight against Roy Jones with a 24 and 1 record. He finished his career with a 30 and 14 record (only 8 KOs).
Plant may very well suffer the same fate. Struggling to beat most of the very best at the elite level. Hey, that's A Mere Con's life story.Comment

7 of those losses came after the age of 39. The same with RJJ. He was elite or was he after 9 losses? Plant belongs in the top echelon of smw. His footwork, speed and talent places him there alone. I’m not saying Benevidez won’t beat him. He’s talented sure. However, people are in love with his power and fail to spot his glaring weaknesses. He loops his shots (prime for elite counter punchers), leaves his body wide open, fights flat footed, isn’t the fastest in the division. One of my favorite boxers was in love with his power too; Mike Tyson. When someone that is drunken with their power has to face someone that can take their shots with ease (Canelo) they typically don’t have a plan B. Forget the fact of people that can take their shots but are also equal in power (Canelo again). By the time they figure that out it’s game over. Plant definitely has a chance in this fight; no question. He is faster, better on his feet. Where David has him is power no question about that. Let’s see what happens with David when he swings at air for a large number of rounds. It’ll be a good fight.

I gained respect for Pacquiao over time, despite the steroid allegations. I never liked Hopkins. He to me was a fraud. He had two legit victories: one over Pavlik and the other over Tarver.Comment
