i think theyll actually make some money on the 41mil they bid, the gate is gonna be huge,

lets say they get 80k tickets at average price of 500 dollars then thats 40mil dollar gate, venue probably gets half? i have no idea so thats 20 mil revenue for Bt sport, who i am sure are funding this whole thing, and then you have 300k*80 dollars ppv revenue which is 24mil which 10% goes to espn and 40% to the cable provider so thats 12mil and then 1mil *30 dollars which is 30mil dollars and they get half

    gate - 20mil
    usa ppv - 12mil
    uk ppv - 15mil

    total : 47 mil revenue
    so thats 6mil profit

im sure theyll have sponsor revenue which will more than cancel out the expenses

Fury is such a great fighter that he's selling a total of 1,300,000 PPV, despite his opponent is a bum like Whyte. Also, he was alone in the press conference and did a good job with his trash talking/microphone skills to sell the fight. Fury is solo army.

        BIGGEST GATE IN HEAVYWEIGHT HISTORY.

The second fight also did 850 thousand buys in the US. Meanwhile AJ’s US fight didn’t even make DAZN’s top 10 most streamed events of 2019. It’s absolutely night and day.

You’re another pathetic Matchroom shill. Don’t try and talk all high and mighty too, you can’t even spell Barclays (not Barkley’s) you thick c***.
When did Fury or any American do that against an unknown opponent?

Maybe take the time to read my post properly next time. You thick c3nt. Duh.

And that is Las Vegas records, not records full stop. Read that properly next time too.

        LOL!

No, they aren't sold to capacity when it comes to the jokes you have to offer. We however sell out arenas like that all the time. So much so, we have to get the stadiums out to cover as much demand as possible.

And what time was AJ fighting at in the US with fighting out of the UK? Prime time is where you'll get the most viewers. Not early in the day.

AJ is viewed all over the world. Why else do you think his fight rights are sold to so many countries? Wilder's isn't because he's a fraud. If he can't even get Americans to watch him, why would those in other countries want to watch him struggle with bums? People have standards in my part of the world.

People in "your part of the world" pay ppv for Dillan Whyte-Povetkin.

Arum with an actually kind of realistic and reasonable PPV #s prediction for once.

You can't answer to any of this because you can't. Just put the usual strawman down.

And anyway, why wouldn't you pay for Whyte vs Povetkin? Povetkin had just come off a draw that should have been a win over Hunter. Whyte as you know is a PPV fighter. And the price is much cheaper over here. Much better fights than what Wilder was taking on. None of his wins can match. The only ones that can, are his fights with Fury in which he was put back in his place where he truly belongs.

The reason Whytes fights are 'more exciting' is because he has no chin, and even a senior citizen like Povetkin can put him down. In terms of relevance, neither guy is a top-tier heavyweight which is why I shake my head at ppv. Being a ppv fighter because fans want to see you fight is completely different than being on ppv because your promoter happens to just put your fights there. But we'll see when the fury-Whyte numbers are released. I predict less than 100K US buys and less than 1million UK buys

We'll never see those US numbers. They must be abysmal.
