For you to post he would fight Tank given what he did this week is just ******. You make yourself look like a tool.

He lied plain and simple. The call out was fake. Done just to attract attention to his fight. He had no plans of staying at 140. It was made clear the plan was beat Cattetall and go to 147 for Crawford. Clearly you aren’t paying attention.

If Tank or Teo gets a title shot because Taylor dropped the belts and moved up after lying about wanting to fight both at 140, why would you blame them?

It’s Josh and Arum who lied to you. No one else.
Since when do you care about keeping a thread on topic? Especially when you hijack every one of them with racial nonsense or somehow injecting Trump into a discussion.

He didn't lie, he just realized after this fight that it's too hard to keep making 140. You sound dumber with each post. Tank had plenty of time to reach for that prize but sat back on his fat ass waiting him out. Now he can fight for a vacant title against some no-hoper and then continue to duck the top contenders at 135 and 140.

He’s still very talented, that’s clear, but he’ll get flattened by a good puncher with good timing if he keeps doing that, And in boxing it’s not easy to get out of bad habits if you get away with it for long enough. If I see that happening still in the next couple of fights, I’d put money on him getting badly stopped within the next 2 years if he’s fighting real top fighters.

I know the hipster boxing fans put him up there as some elite fighter even now and completely ignoring his flaws. He would get wrecked right now by a top welterweight in my opinion. He hasn’t fought anyone and fighters will find that chin with that gaping flaw.
That is a bad flaw but it is not all that much dissimilar to the one Crawford has. He's going to need to show he can fight patient against those that will be in the upper echelon in terms of skills and durability. Not a chance in hell he just wipes out Spence or Crawford in the early rounds so he will need to fight smart against them. I understand the questions regarding him but I think he is the truth and he's going to reign supreme as THE guy of the WW division soon enough. Ennis is extremely disciplined and stays in the gym year around and has too many physical gifts not to be great...But he's going to have to prove that in the ring.

And even if he fails, he still had a good run at 140 and nothing can take away from that. I think he can be better and will be after this fight that sort of humbled him.

You’re doing is again. Lmfao. Anything but admit Josh’s call out was fake.

Of course he did. The plan was Crawford at 147 next. Again, you clearly haven’t kept up. This is why you look like a tool.

Tank had one fight at 140. Taylor unified May 2021. Taylor got hurt and the Catterall fight delayed. Didn’t fight again until he made the mando defense Sat, and then announced he is going to 147. When was Tank supposed to fight him?

You clearly don’t know enough to engage in a meaningful debate. Please educate yourself about what happened. To try and force this into a Anti Tank narrative is ridiculous.

No, it would be a fake call out if he stayed at 140 and then refused to fight him. But getting into a tough fight at 140 and deciding afterward that he is no longer at his best at 140 is not lying. That's just being honest with himself. Lets face it, Tank never had any intention of challenging Taylor for his titles. He was going to wait it out until he moved up or was stripped. Then fight for a vacant title. I called this months ago.

Nice how you ducked my Charlo question. So does either Charlo or Andrade deserve a shot at Canelo's undisputed title at 168 even though they haven't fought at that weight? Watch them double standards now.

It’s lying because the plan was Crawford at 147 but that is off the table because he performed so poorly.

Taylor never had any intention of staying at 140 and fighting anyone, not just Tank. He called out Tank because he is the money guy at 135 and because Arum easily manipulates the media and fans that don’t like Haymon.

If you called it months ago, that is why you are stubbornly and ******ly clinging to it now. You were prematurely prognosticating based on hating Tank.

I answered both questions about Charlo and Andrade directly.

Lmfao. You have been against That in the past. you then contradict your own position solely to criticize Tank. That is why I brought it up. I haven’t so to suggest I have a double standard makes no sense.

No, neither does. Canelo is fighting Bivol. Then GGG. GGG is the one jumping in line, as you said. Not charlo. If charlo got the fight I’d be fine with it.

I didn't see you post your position on Charlo/Canelo here. Not directly. Stop ducking the question. It's a direct and very simple question. If Tank vs Taylor doesn't make sense because Tank only had one fight at 140, then why would Charlo vs Canelo or Andrade vs Canelo make sense at 168?

GGG is not jumping in line, Canelo is the one who decided he wants the trilogy 4 years after it's expiration date because Golovkin is 40 years old now. Just like Tank who said Loma will be 40 eventually, eluding to ducking him until he is no longer in his prime. Just like Floyd did his entire career.

I never claimed they”made sense” so why are you asking me about something I didn’t post that isnt related to the thread topic?

By this logic, charlo wouldn’t be jumping the line either. Canelo waited to fight him and is making the fight at 168. Right?

Tank v Loma and Floyd have nothing to do with Taylor’s comments.

So double standard then. Charlo can fight Canelo for undisputed titles at 168 without ever competing at that weight, but Tank can't fight Taylor for undisputed titles at 140, even though he has already competed once at that weight? Gotcha Dunn!
