No, there was the Canelo fight also lingering around at the time so it could've happened in 2014 or 2015 if it were up to GGG.

So, GGG wasted years as an amateur and then years for a Nelo fight to happen ?

I'll say it again, if GGG was so bad, HE would be the face of the sport.
He wasn't about chasing ''greatness'', just $$$

Fck messing with the little league

If a MFer isn't going to criticize the so called baddest guy south of HW, that hypocrite should zip it if someone else goes first.

If Nelo fights every bum NORTH OF MW, it's more than GGG was willing to do.

          Sry, but.......NEXT
If you read what the guy says and decipher it he means canelo was growing and ggg was a fully grown ass man

and to answer your question maybe it's because canelo has actually gone up in weight ,it will be a struggle for him to go below 168 now that he's had lbs added on from all the juicing

I have issues with the bold unless links accompany it (unless you'r being sarcastic)

But yes. Nelo is a scrub for becoming a pro at 15 while GGG was still wearing head gear

It's the other champions and canelo you should blame

Perhaps ggg is a small guy for a middleweight he's hardly huge and to further go up would be ******ed, perhaps that's how you live you life and set your standards but I highly doubt it

ggg did what he had to do it was the challengers or lack off who didn't do their part

                GGG is bigger than Nelo
Should have been more refined (500 amateur wins !!)

GGG did what he ''had'' to and his fans didn't GAF

Wasted years ? Nah it is close to impossible to get the backing needed to make it as a pro from Kazakhstan. He obtained the silver medal so there always was the prospect of becoming a good pro, without the olympic medal the backing would've been SLIM.
