Definitely Amir Khan vs. Marcos Maidana. That was the 2010 Fight of the Year. And then a few years later, Maidana went on to give Mayweather the fight of his life (since Castillo).

Maidana was pretty raw when he fought Khan and he had no belt.

Porter was a prime World Champ and on home turf.

Ir would be totally fair to say that Khan vs Maidana was more entertaining, but Brook acheived far more in winning his title against Porter.

        Brook.

Porter was at his prime and then, he gave a very tough fight to Thurman. Brook beat him more clearly than Spence and Thurman. Crawford fight was also even before the TKO.

Maidana was, is and will ever be big stiff idiot. His key attribute was stamina, that's all. Floyd fights weren't that close. Floyd won first fight 7-5 and second fight 8-4 (possibly 9-3). His punch accuracy was shıt against Floyd. He tried overhand again and again, and stole some rounds from Floyd. Floyd fixed his shıtty style in the second fight and boxed his ears off.

Porter was much better fighter and at his prime. Maidana was pre-prime and big stiff idiot.

          Both great wins.

Both better in their own way, depending on how you look at it.

Kell winning a title on foreign soil. Amir beating the beast that was prime Maidana, again on foreign soil.

Who wins Madonna vs Brock and Con vs The In-shape street fighter?

            Lets say Collazo/Alexander Khan
            and
            Ariza Maidana.

its only great in context, meaning for khan it was great cause he was seen as a glass chinned bum and he overcame a "big" puncher, but people overrated maidana because ortiz quit against him when in reality he coudn't get good fighters out of there: kotelnik, khan, old morales, even older corley.

We all know Maidana was very strong, could be out boxed, but his power was seriously legit and dude was relentless.

...And Khan's chin was not good.

Not many people believed Khan could make it out of that fight, particularly if he got tagged - which we all know he did.
