If Khan see the punches coming, even when they hit he assimilates them more. Even though Maidana was pounding him he saw all those punches and wobbled to victory.

Man Maidana sure had a lot of bad nights.

Idk if I can call it a fluke.

Maidana only had to land 1 good punch and he had 36 minutes and couldn't do it, I'd say Khan boxed him up pretty good.

Con never reached such ''lofty'' heights again.

I feel Khan just boxes for money ever since the Canelo fight and he is no longer very interested in boxing. He even said that in the interview the love for the sport is not there. If you only fight for money you will get seriously hurt. Khan in the early 2010's was excellent and very dedicated.

He realized he isn’t as good as he thought he was and stopped caring

Amir was a good fighter with great ambition

                his ambition exceeded his ability

                  - - Khan the money fighter had Joe Cortez riding his back the whole 36 minutes just as Loma had Laurence Cole riding his back vs Salido so ama Loma wouldn't embarrass pro boxing by winning his first title in his 2nd bout.

At one point Cortez jumped in to catch and hold Khan from hitting the canvas.

OK, we get U liar and cheat and always go for the money fighter protected by the ref.

But Maidana only needed to land a hard jab.

Surely even with a bad ref he could have done that.
